1. Are you insured?
Yes — TrueNorth Tree Company carries full general liability insurance on every job. We’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request before any work begins. Your property and your peace of mind are protected.
2. Do I need to be home when you do the work?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the work area and have walked through the job together beforehand, we can complete most jobs while you’re away. We’ll contact you when the job is done and walk you through the finished work
3. Will you clean up when the job is done?
Absolutely. Cleanup is included in every job. We haul away debris, rake the lawn, sweep the driveway, and leave your property clean and tidy. We don’t consider the job finished until the site looks better than when we arrived.
4. How far in advance do I need to schedule?
It depends on the season — spring and summer book up fast. We recommend calling as early as possible to get on the schedule. Contact us at 231-846-3003 for current availability and free estimates.
